1. Peruse our selection of upright and grand pianos online.
2. Email us about the piano you’re most interested in. Please provide the make, model, year, and color as we have multiples of some models. Include any questions you have about the piano.
3. We’ll answer your questions and provide additional information about your chosen piano or any alternate pianos you’re considering.
4. Once you’ve finalized your selection, we’ll send you an invoice with all terms and conditions for your review and approval.
5. Upon approval of your invoice, we’ll call you for your payment information.
6. We’ll deliver your piano for free within 7 days of purchase and schedule a free in-home tuning within 30 days. For your protection, our delivery team will wear masks and gloves, and they will sanitize your piano before leaving your home.
7. Every piano comes with a 10-year warranty on parts and labor, so if you have a problem, we’ll come fix it for free. Or, to exercise your exchange privilege, simply email us within 10 calendar days of purchase to let us know which piano you’d like in exchange. We’ll repeat steps #3-6 above, but only call you for your credit card info again if your replacement piano’s value exceeds the value of the one you already purchased.
