We purchased a beautiful 1955 Baldwin baby grand with satin black finish back in February during a sale. Nick and his crew took the extra step of making sure the piano looked as great as it sounded...which led to an entire refinishing...at no extra charge. The delivery went well and was efficient, careful, and professional. Can't say enough good stuff about these guys!

The tuner was scheduled and came within two weeks after the piano arrived as promised as well. Great service. Nick was always reachable on the phone and over email.
